Villa Kars is the first boutique hotel in Gyumri. Hotel offers pleasant lodging in one of 15 newly renovated rooms of the historic hotel. The complex features a beautiful central courtyard, resurrected along with the original historical structure. The 15 guest rooms are appointed elegantly with handicrafted carpets, woodwork, antique furnishings and concept architecture.
National cuisine is served for lunch and dinner in the Kars’s dining room. Breakfast is included in room rate.
Villa Kars is ready to serve business meetings and professional or personal events in its spacious main room (space enough for up to 70) or outdoors in the courtyard with room for up to 250.
For PWD
Accommodation is possible in one of the rooms on the ground floor. However, the room is not specially equipped. It is possible to order breakfast in your room or ask to serve it in the courtyard. Hotel has experience in hosting guests with mobility issues using wheelchairs.
