HayBuys annual festival (the festival of herbs) takes place in Yenokavan village of Tavush province. The aim of the festival is to develop tourism in the region as well as to draw attention to the usage of the plants as one of the resources of the country. The festival aims to teach to use the plants correctly in everyday life and maintain a healthy lifestyle, to develop environmental thinking, ability and desire to preserve and protect the nature of the motherland. The festival attracts all those people who are interested in traditional art and crafts, sensor and educational games, national costume design, cuisine, yoga and healthy lifestyle, ceramics and carpet weaving, as well as those who are keen on hiking and other activities.
